Soya Chilli Recipe: Many of us like to eat street food. Soya chilli dish is very popular in street food. People like to eat it, but you can easily make it at home, that too in street style and taste it. Let us tell you how to make soya chili that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Material
Soya chunks-1 cup
Cornflour-2 tbsp
Flour-2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
Onion (chopped)-1
Capsicum (chopped)-1
Green chilli-3 to 4
Soya sauce-1 tablespoon
Chili sauce-1 tablespoon
Tomato sauce-1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper powder-as per taste
oil for frying
A little spring onion (for garnish)
Method
- To make Soya Chilli, first boil the soya chunks in salt water for 5-7 minutes. Then squeeze out the water and press it well so that the excess water comes out.
- Add soya chunks in a bowl. Add cornflour, flour, salt, black pepper and some water and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the soya chunks until they become golden and crispy.
- Put some oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, onion and capsicum and fry lightly on high flame.
- Now add soya sauce, chili sauce and tomato sauce and mix well.
- Add fried soya chunks and toss well so that the sauce is coated well. Add spring onion on top and serve hot.
