Eligibility Criteria for Government Data Entry Operator
Educational Qualification: Must have passed the 12th (Higher Secondary) examination from a recognized board. Additionally, candidates must possess a valid CPCT passing certificate. Only domicile holders (permanent residents) of Madhya Pradesh are eligible to apply.

Age Limit: As of January 1, 2026, the applicant's age must be between 18 and 40 years. A relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit will be granted to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories, women (both reserved and unreserved categories), and persons with disabilities (Divyangjan), in accordance with government regulations. For the purpose of calculating the age limit, only the date of birth recorded on the candidate's 10th-grade marksheet will be considered valid.
