action
First soak the dates in boiling water for about 30 minutes to soften them. Then put these dates in a mixer and add peanut butter, vanilla essence and a pinch of salt to make a smooth paste. This mixture will form a natural caramel.
After this, divide this mixture into two parts. Add the oats to one portion and swirl them lightly in the mixer to form the base layer of the bar.
Now take a baking tin and line it with butter paper. Spread the prepared oats and dates mixture evenly in the tin and press lightly with your hands to set. Spread the remaining date caramel layer on top and spread the roasted peanuts over it.
Refrigerate this mixture for about 3 hours, so that it sets properly. Once set, cut into desired bar sizes.
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate and dip the prepared bars in it to coat completely. Once again, place the bar in the fridge for about 1 hour, so that the chocolate hardens properly.
Serve ready homemade healthy snickers to kids. These snacks are a great choice for kids as they are tasty, nutritious and completely natural.
