Hollywood actress Lisa Kudrow, best known for her role in Friends, has revealed that she is “done” with Botox treatments after experiencing troubling side effects.
In a recent interview, Kudrow shared that Botox injections caused unexpected issues, including:
She said, “I think it contributed to my eye irritation… so I’m probably done with it now.”
Because of these effects, the actress has decided to stop using Botox completely.
Interestingly, Kudrow revealed that she only started using Botox at the age of 60, which is much later than many celebrities.
After trying it for about two years, she concluded that the side effects outweighed the benefits.
Kudrow also admitted that she does have concerns about aging. She said she fears one day “looking like my grandmother,” but is now more open to embracing her natural appearance.
At the same time, she expressed excitement about taking on older and more mature roles in her acting career.
The actress is currently in the spotlight due to the upcoming final season of her HBO show The Comeback.
She confirmed that the show will conclude as a trilogy, bringing closure to her iconic character Valerie Cherish.
Lisa Kudrow’s decision highlights that even widely used cosmetic treatments like Botox can have unexpected side effects.
