What are the Eligibility Criteria?
Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for these positions must possess a full-time Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering) in the relevant discipline with a minimum aggregate score of 65%.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for General category candidates applying for these positions is 25 years; for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates, it is 28 years; for SC/ST candidates, it is 30 years; for PwD (General) candidates, it is 35 years; for PwD (OBC - Non-Creamy Layer) candidates, it is 38 years; and for PwD (SC/ST) candidates, the maximum age limit is set at 40 years.

What is the Salary?
Candidates selected for the position of Management Trainee at Engineers India Limited will receive a monthly stipend of ₹60,000 during the training period. In addition to this, they will be provided with accommodation and transportation facilities; however, if an individual chooses not to avail themselves of these facilities, they will receive an additional ₹15,000 over and above the ₹60,000 stipend. Upon the completion of their training, they will be paid a salary based on the pay scale of ₹60,000–₹1,80,000, along with other benefits and perks offered by the company.
