R Madhavan Apology: Please forgive me if you feel bad… Madhavan apologized on the cigarette controversy of Dhurandhar 2, also told the truth of the scene.

R Madhavan Apology: On one hand, 'Dhurandhar 2' is creating new records in terms of earnings at the box office, while on the other hand, a controversy has started over the film regarding a scene. R Madhavan's character is seen smoking cigarettes at many places in the film. In such a situation, it is being alleged that Madhavan was smoking cigarettes even while reciting some lines from Guru Gobind Ji's Dasam Granth. However, seeing the growing controversy, R Madhavan himself has come forward and given clarification and has also said that if knowingly or unknowingly anyone has felt bad, then I apologize.

R Madhavan has shared a video on Instagram, in which he has told the truth of the scene and also apologized. Madhavan says in the video, "On behalf of the entire family of Dhurandhar, thank you very much for giving us so much love. We do not know how to express ourselves. Recently we have come to know that some people have been hurt by the fact that in a scene of this film, I have smoked a cigarette while reciting some lines from Guru Gobind Ji's Dasam Granth and this has hurt those people."

'This is absolutely not right'

Madhavan He further says, "I assure them that this is not at all correct. There is a slight misunderstanding. Because I am sure, before saying this during this scene, Aditya Dhar ji, who cares more about all these things than me, had told me that while saying this line, you will extinguish the cigarette long before that. And neither smoke will come out of your mouth, nor will smoke be visible anywhere on the screen, nor will you have a cigarette in your hand. Because this It is very pure and sacred for us, so I extinguished the cigarette.

Madhavan said, "If you watch the scene, you will be convinced that neither is there smoke coming out of my mouth, nor is there cigarette smoke in the frame itself, nor is there any sign of cigarette anywhere till the end of the entire scene. We know this, we do not want to hurt anyone even knowingly or unknowingly. We are always with the entire Sikh community and we always respect them. In fact, I go to the Golden Temple before the release of every film, this is the thing." Everyone knows. So believe me, we had no intention of hurting anyone, nor did we do so."

'Please forgive me if you feel bad'

Clarifying the matter again, he said, "I say again that I had a cigarette in my hand at the beginning of the scene. That's because this character smokes. But when the scene starts and others speak, I extinguish the cigarette. You will not see smoke anywhere in this scene long before my line comes, nor will it be visible till the end of the scene. So if anyone has felt bad knowingly or unknowingly, then forgive me. But we have definitely not done this.
