To make chana dal kebabs, first soak the dal. Then prepare a paste by grinding it with ginger, garlic, green chillies and a little soya granules. Now shape this mixture into small kebabs. After this, add some ghee or oil in the pan or pan and fry them lightly. When the kebabs become golden and crunchy, take them out and serve them hot.
