Panjiri is a simple and quick delicacy. The process of making it is also easy. For this, lightly fry the wheat flour in ghee until its color starts changing. Then add powdered sugar, coconut powder, chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder to it. This is a great option for Prasad.

Sabudana Kheer

Making Sabudana Kheer for Lord Shri Ram is a good option on the occasion of Ram Navami. Those who keep fast can enjoy it. To make this, soak medium sized sago for two hours. Then cook it in milk. When it starts thickening, add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits roasted in ghee. If you want to make it richer, you can also add khoya.


Panchamrit

Making Panchamrit is mandatory during worship or fasting. To make it, mix milk, curd, ghee, honey, sugar, dry fruits and basil leaves in a large vessel. It can be offered to Lord Rama as bhog and can also be consumed during fasting.
