Materials:

  • Cucumber
  • Garlic
  • Green chillies
  • Dry red chillies
  • water
  • curry leaves
  • curd
  • Kiss of wet coconut
  • Coriander
  • salt

Action:

  • To make cucumber kadhi, first of all, wash the cucumber and remove the skin.
  • Add finely chopped cucumber, green chillies, wet coconut flakes, coriander and a little water in a mixer bowl and grind it finely.
  • Take a bowl of curd in a large bowl and break the lumps. Then add salt and water according to taste and mix.
  • Pour the cucumber mixture into the prepared curd and mix. After that, mix well with a spoon once again.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and add cumin seeds and dry red chillies, minced garlic, curry leaves and fry the fodni.
  • Pour the prepared fodni into the cucumber mixture and mix well and serve with rice.
