The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has unveiled the schedule for Team India's matches leading up to IPL 2026. This announcement includes fixtures for One Day Internationals (ODIs), Test matches, and T20s extending until January 2027. Teams from the West Indies, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, and Australia are set to tour India during this period. A total of 22 international matches will be held across 17 cities, showcasing an exciting lineup of cricket.
The home series for 2026 will kick off with matches against the West Indies. This series will feature 3 ODIs and 5 T20 matches between India and the West Indies.
In December, the West Indies team will return to India for another series, which will include 3 ODIs and 3 T20 matches.
Following the West Indies, Zimbabwe will also visit India for a series of 3 ODIs scheduled for January.
Subsequently, Australia will tour India to compete in the prestigious Border-Gavaskar Trophy, which will consist of 5 matches between the two teams.
