Materials:

  • Raw curry
  • Dry red chillies
  • Kiss of wet coconut
  • salt
  • Curry leaves
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Coriander
  • Turmeric
  • Red chillies
  • Coriander

Action:

  • To make sour go curry essence, first, rinse the curry with water and remove the outer skin. Then cut into medium size pieces.
  • To make the allotment, take wet coconut flakes, dry red chillies, coriander, onion, garlic cloves, curry pieces in a mixing bowl.
  • After that, add some water to it and divide the allotment finely. Make a fine paste of allotment of wet coconut.
  • Heat oil in a clay pot, add asafoetida, curry leaves and finely chopped onion and fry till it turns red.
  • After that add salt to taste and raw kairi, wet coconut allotment and add water as required and mix.
  • After the essence boils, add finely chopped coriander and mix well.
  • Ready Sweet and sour curry essence made in a simple way.
