Jeremy Clarkson was branded "unrecognisable" after losing an incredible amount of weight, deciding to chow down on a lettuce wrap instead of a greasy burger while out for dinner at Five Guys. The Clarkson's Farm star showed off the two beef patties with plenty of salad - and an obligatory Hawkstone lager - as he told the camera: "It's a burger, look, that comes in a lettuce instead of a bap."

Jeremy explained that he was drinking non-alcoholic beer "because I'm fat", while posting the clip to Instagram. Jeremy's alcohol brand added the cheeky comment: "If you think you might be fat, we haven't got a helpline... but we do make a no-alcohol lager and Five Guys make a burger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun... Hope that helps."

Jeremy's girlfriend Lisa Hogan was among the first to comment, quipping: "Burger in lettuce, all I've ever wanted."

Other fans chimed in, amazed at how much weight Jeremy has lost. One said: "You have lost so much though and doing so well! Keep going!"

Another said: "You've changed!"

Jeremy has lost three stone in just six months after starting Mounjaro jabs, admitting that his health has improved so much he can "take the dogs out for longer".

He added: "I'm still on it, but not losing any more weight - though I'm not putting any on either, because it keeps my appetite levels down. It really is an astonishing drug."

The star hasn't avoided side effects, however, struggling with a reduced libido and admitting he's "not quite as sharp" as he should be.

He said: "I'm just not quite as quick-witted. I find myself doing Hot Seat thinking, 'Oh f***, I should have said that, but too late now'."
