GATE 2026 Scorecard: The Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati) has released the scorecards for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026. Candidates who appeared for this examination can now visit the official website, gate2026.iitg.ac.in, to download their scorecards.

The GATE 2026 examination was conducted on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2026. Subsequently, the provisional answer key was released on February 27, 2026, against which candidates could raise objections until March 1, 2026. The examination comprised three types of questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Multiple Select Questions (MSQs), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions.

What information does the scorecard contain?
The scorecard provides the candidate's raw marks (out of 100), normalized GATE score (out of 1000), and All India Rank (AIR), which indicates their standing among lakhs of aspirants. Additionally, it includes the qualifying marks for the respective paper, enabling candidates to assess their performance.

Furthermore, the scorecard contains other vital details such as the candidate's name, registration number, paper code, and the validity period of the score. This scorecard will remain valid for three years and can be utilized for higher education or recruitment processes.

How to Download the Scorecard
Candidates can obtain their scorecards by following the steps outlined below:

Visit the official GATE 2026 website or the GOAPS portal.
Click on the "GATE 2026 Scorecard" link located on the homepage.
Enter your Enrollment ID/Email and Password.
Fill in the CAPTCHA code displayed on the screen.
After logging in, select the "Download Scorecard" option.
The scorecard will appear on the screen in PDF format.
Download it and take a printout for future reference. Candidates are advised to carefully verify all details on their scorecard and keep it safe, as it will be required for future admission and job-related processes.
