Pakistani actor Hamza Ali Abbasi has denied any involvement in a money laundering case linked to his sister. He said he is not under investigation. He also said he has no connection to the matter.

The clarification came after his name appeared in media reports. These reports suggested a possible link with the case being handled by the Federal Investigation Agency.

In a statement, Abbasi rejected the impression. He said it was incorrect and misleading. He clearly stated that he is not part of the case in any capacity.

The case involves his sister, Dr Fazeela Abbasi. She is a well-known dermatologist and aesthetic expert. Abbasi described her as a successful professional with her own independent career.

He expressed support for his sister. He said he stands by her during this time. However, he stressed that her legal matters are separate from him.

Abbasi said the case is under court consideration. He explained that it is not appropriate for him to comment further. He added that it is up to his sister to present her side when she chooses.

He also warned media outlets. He asked them not to link his name with the case again. He said he may take legal action if such reporting continues.

According to reports, the case involves alleged financial irregularities. Investigators are examining large transactions linked to multiple bank accounts. Some funds were reportedly transferred abroad.

Authorities are also reviewing income records. Questions have been raised about the scale of transactions compared to declared earnings.

The case had previously been closed. It has now reopened after new legal developments. Investigations are ongoing.
