Materials:

  • rice
  • Kiss of coconut
  • Mustard
  • Asafoetida
  • curry leaves
  • cumin
  • nuts
  • Red chilies
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Udid dal
  • sugar
  • salt

Action:

  • To make coconut rice, firstly, cook the rice and loosen it or reheat the leftover rice a little.
  • Heat ghee or oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves and fry fodni.
  • After roasting the fodni, roast peanuts, cashew nuts, red chillies, udi dal khamang in it. This will make the rice taste beautiful.
  • Then add green chillies and ginger garlic paste to it, fry it and add wet coconut kiss on top and mix.
  • After mixing all the ingredients well on low flame, add the cooked rice and mix.
