The iron and mineral elements present in jaggery give strength to the body, while the nutrients of healthy fats and dry fruits found in coconut help in strengthening the bones. Consuming them regularly and in limited quantity provides energy to the body and provides many health benefits.
First of all, lightly fry the peanuts in a pan. After it cools down, remove its peel and grind it coarsely. After this, lightly fry the dry fruits and cut them into small pieces.
Now add desi ghee in the pan and add grated coconut and fry till it becomes light golden. After this, add peanuts, dry fruits, raisins and melon seeds and mix well.
On the other hand, add some water in a pan, melt the jaggery and prepare a light syrup. Keep in mind that the syrup should not be too thick.
Now add this syrup to the prepared mixture and mix well. Increase the fragrance by adding cardamom and fennel powder to it.
When the mixture cools down a bit, make small laddus with your hands and wrap them in dry coconut.
Consuming these laddus in quantity of 1-2 daily is considered beneficial. This strengthens the bones and also provides plenty of energy to the body.
