Johnathan is founder and chairman of Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG), Vietnam’s leading luxury retailer with exclusive rights to distribute over 100 prestigious brands like Rolex, Cartier and Dolce & Gabbana.

Johnathan has been married twice and has eight children. Six of them, three sons and three daughters, are from his first marriage to Cristina Serrano, a Philippine national, including Henry Nguyen, Louis Nguyen, Phillip Nguyen, Stephanie Nguyen, Anj Nguyen and Jennifer Nguyen.

The other two, Tien Nguyen and Hieu Nguyen, are from his current marriage to former actress Le Hong Thuy Tien.

His eldest son, Henry Nguyen, was born in 1981 and now serves as President of IPPG Philippines.

Johnathan’s second son Louis Nguyen, born in 1983, is Vice President for business development at IPPG and CEO of fashion company ACFC, a subsidiary of the IPPG.

He married Vietnamese actress Tang Thanh Ha in 2012. The couple has kept a low profile since their marriage, while Tang has stepped away from show business to care for their family.

The third son, Phillip Nguyen, was born in 1986 and currently serves as Vice President for project development at IPPG. He is also CEO of IPP Travel Retail, overseeing non-aviation services, including duty-free shops, retail outlets and commercial advertising at airports.

In 2023, he married Vietnamese model Linh Rin, whose real name is Ngo Phuong Linh, born in 1993. The couple has a daughter, Caroline.

Stephanie Nguyen, Johnathan’s eldest daughter, keeps a lower profile than her siblings.

According to the IPPG website, she is the President of Cube, an interior construction and decoration company under the group. She also runs an F&B business focused on coffee and wine in HCMC.

In January 2017, she married Philippine businessman Martin Uy. The couple lives in HCMC and often shares moments with their daughter on their personal social media.

Johnathan’s second daughter, Anj Nguyen, lives in the Philippines with her mother and is not involved in IPPG’s business activities. Details about her work and personal life is largely private.

Johnathan’s youngest daughter from his first marriage, Jennifer Nguyen, also lives in the Philippines and is not active on social media. She is married to Philippine businessman CJ Sembrano.

Thao Tien, born in 1997, is Johnathan’s eldest daughter from his second marriage.

Tien, also known as Jacqueline Thao Tien Nguyen, studied in the U.K. before joining the family business early. She is currently Managing Director for luxury fashion project development at IPPG.

She drew attention after marrying American businessman Justin Cohen in Dec. 2025. She has since remained active in the fashion industry and frequently appears at international events.

Johnathan’s youngest son, William Hieu Nguyen, was born in 1999 and graduated in business administration in London. He is currently Vice President of strategy at IPPG.

He is reportedly in a relationship with Marie Tram Anh, a low-profile heiress. The couple has appeared together at several major family events, including holidays, contract signings and store openings.
