HDFC Bank Alert has been issued in the country’s largest private sector bank i.e. HDFC. Account holders should be aware of this. Some services will not be available temporarily on April 1. This information has been given by the bank on its official website.
This step has been taken due to schedule maintenance. So that the customer experience can be made even better. During this period many updates will be made in the system. All banks carry out maintenance work from time to time. Whose information they have to give to the customer in advance.
For 8 hours from 12:30 AM to 8:30 AM on April 1, customers will not get the benefit of some services to HDFC Bank Net Banking and App Service. During this period, account holders will not be able to do recurring deposit booking or redemption. Nor will there be facility of time deposit booking and redemption. Sukanya PPF service will also be unavailable.
On the same day, from 6:30 am to 8:30 am, customers will not get the Standing Instruction (Autopay) facility on HDFC Bank app and net banking for 2 hours. Therefore, customers are advised to complete important tasks at the right time. So that they do not have to face any kind of problem later.
Many bank services are going to be disrupted on March 31 also. From 11:30 PM to 12:00 PM, general customers will not get the facility of forex card loading and instant reload through prepaid card net banking. However, the benefits of e-com, ATM withdrawal, POS and tap and pay transaction facilities will continue to be available.
