Kushinagar: Emperor Ashoka the Great’s birth anniversary will be celebrated with pomp in the 27th year, meeting concluded regarding preparations.

Padrauna, Kushinagar. On behalf of Rashtriya Kushwaha Shakya Sunny Maurya Mahasabha India Unit, an important meeting was organized at the Indian Inter College campus located at Belwa Chungi, Padrauna Nagar. In the meeting, a detailed discussion was held regarding the grand celebration of the birth anniversary of Emperor Ashoka the Great to be organized in the Junior High School campus of Padrauna Nagar on 12th April.

National President of Mahasabha NP Kushwaha said that this year the 27th birth anniversary celebration will be organized specially. Rajya Sabha MP and former Union Minister Upendra Kushwaha is likely to attend the program as the chief guest. He said that the main objective of this event is to convey the ideals of Emperor Ashoka the Great to the person standing in the last line of the society, so that the feeling of compassion, friendship and world welfare can develop in the society. The Mahasabha also laid emphasis on strengthening mutual brotherhood by removing the evils prevalent in the society.

In the meeting, under the leadership of District President Acharya Kedarnath Kushwaha and State President Parshuram Kushwaha, various responsibilities were assigned to the officials for the success of the program. The program was presided over by Acharya Kedarnath Kushwaha, while it was conducted by District General Secretary Ram Pratap Maurya. During this, many people including Amit Kushwaha, Kamal Prasad Kushwaha, Dr. Harinarayan Kushwaha, Lal Bahadur Kushwaha, Dr. Harihar Kushwaha, Rajesh Kushwaha, Krishna Murari Kushwaha, Shyam Badan Kushwaha, Kishore Kushwaha, Munna Kushwaha, Harivansh Kushwaha, Rajkumar Kushwaha and former village head Chandeshwar Kushwaha were present.
