Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply?



  • Section Officer/Assistant Librarian: A degree in Law is required.

  • Senior System Officer: Candidates must hold a B.Tech or M.Sc in Computer Science with 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Computer Operator: A degree in Computer Science and typing proficiency at 45 words per minute is necessary.

  • Assistant/Examiner/Stenographer/UD Stenographer: A degree in any discipline is needed; shorthand and typing skills are mandatory for Stenographer roles.

  • Typist/Copyist: A degree and English typing proficiency at 45 words per minute are required.

  • Data Entry Operator: A degree in Computer Science and typing proficiency at 45 words per minute are essential.

  • Office Subordinate: Candidates must have completed at least the 7th grade; higher qualifications disqualify applicants for this position.


Selection Process

How Will Selection Be Conducted?


Selection for Section Officer, Assistant, Examiner, and Office Subordinate will be based on scores from the Computer-Based Test (CBT). For roles like Senior System Officer, Computer Operator, Stenographer, Typist, Copyist, and Data Entry Operator, the CBT will act as a preliminary screening, with final selection based on performance in typing, shorthand, or practical skill tests.

General/EWS/BC candidates must pay an application fee of ₹800, while SC/ST/PH candidates are required to pay ₹400. The reduced fee is available only to recognized SC/ST candidates from Andhra Pradesh.
