Mumbai, April 1 (IANS) Bollywood actress Ananya Panday gave a sweet birthday shoutout to her Call Me Bae co-star Varun Sood, fondly calling him “Prince” in her social media story.

The two shared screen space in the 2024 released series Call Me Bae, and their off-screen camaraderie along with the other young starcast seemed to be just as fun.

In the picture shared by Ananya on her social media story, the group is seen inside a car, capturing a candid and joyful moment.

The actress wishing Varun on his birthday, wrote, “Happy birthday Princeeee! We you (and ur jokes.. occasionally) @varunsood12.”

Ananya is seen seated in the front, and is dressed in a striking red outfit paired with a black jacket. Varun Sood is seen sitting at the backseat of the car, posing for the click.

The other cast members of Call Me Bae were seen seated in the same car, laughing and posing for the cameras.

Talking about Ananya Panday, the actress who made her Bollywood debut with Student of the Year 2, has since featured in films like Pati Patni Aur Woh, Khaali Peeli, Gehraiyaan, and Dream Girl 2.

Varun Sood, on the other hand, rose to fame through reality shows like MTV Roadies, Splitsvilla, and Ace of Space.

He later transitioned into acting with projects like Ragini MMS: Returns.

Talking about Call Me Bae, the Hindi-language series headlined by Ananya Panday, marked her digital debut.

The show has been directed by Collin D’Cunha and backed by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment.

The series also featured Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Gurfateh Pirzada, Muskkaan Jaferi and Vir Das in key roles.

The first season of Call Me Bae released in 2024.
