Guidelines for Candidates:
Candidates wishing to use a 'Self-Scribe' (personal scribe) must register a new scribe, as previous registrations made before November 5, 2025, are invalid. Scribe registration is now linked to Aadhaar, and all interested candidates must complete this new registration process.
Those utilizing the Self-Scribe option must provide their Scribe Registration Number to receive their 'Scribe Entry Pass'. The Commission has established that the maximum age limit for a Self-Scribe will follow the new policy. All other rules and regulations will adhere to the official examination notification. Candidates who choose the 'Self Scribe' option should map their Scribe OTR by 11:00 PM on April 3, 2026, for JE (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) Paper-II, and by 11:00 PM on April 5, 2026, for CHSL Tier-II. A Scribe Entry Pass will only be issued to candidates who complete this mapping process.
In case of any discrepancies regarding the Admit Card or the Scribe Entry Pass, the examination notices dated June 30, 2025, and June 23, 2025, will take precedence. Candidates are encouraged to refer to these notices for clarification.
