Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma inspected the Rajasthan Sampark Helpline-181 center operated in the Secretariat premises and reviewed its functioning. During this, he laid special emphasis on quick and effective solution to the problems of the common people.

During the inspection, the Chief Minister directly interacted with the common citizens and took information about their complaints and problems. He gave clear instructions to the officers that the disposal of complaints should not be limited to paper process only, but should be done in a transparent, quality and effective manner at the ground level.

The Chief Minister said that any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in solving public problems. Quick solution to the problems of the common people is the top priority of the government.

He said that Rajasthan Sampark Helpline-181 is an important people-centric initiative of the government, the objective of which is to ensure prompt and complete resolution of the problems of every citizen.

The government is committed to making public service effective by strengthening the communication between citizens and administration through this initiative.
