
TCS will release its FY26 and Q4 results on April 9. On the same day, the company can also recommend its final dividend, which will require the approval of the shareholders. The company has already paid a special dividend of ₹46 in February, and a total interim dividend of ₹33 in the first three quarters.
Wipro will declare its Q4 results on April 16. This announcement will be made after the market closes (i.e. after 3:30 pm).
At present the company has not made any new announcement regarding final or interim dividend. An interim dividend of ₹11 per share has been given so far in FY26.
HCL Tech will release its results on April 21 and will also consider interim dividend. The company has paid a total interim dividend of ₹36 in the last three quarters. The CEO of the company himself has also talked about the changes in the IT industry due to AI.
Persistent Systems will also declare its results on April 21 and may recommend final dividend for FY26. The company had given an interim dividend of ₹22 per share in Q3.
Infosys will release its results on 23 April. The company can also declare final dividend for FY26. Earlier in November, interim dividend of ₹ 23 per share was given. Usually the company gives an interim and a final dividend.
These results of IT companies will start this season. Investors will especially keep an eye on the order book (new work) and attrition, because big changes are taking place in the industry due to AI.
