Sorghum flour

The nature of the tide is cold. It contains more fiber, which improves digestion. Roti made from jowar flour helps in keeping the body light and cool and is considered the best option for summers.

Pearl Millet – in limited quantity

Millet is generally of hot nature, hence in summer, not too much can be eaten, but a little bit can be eaten. Keep in mind that one should not eat as much as in winter.

Ragi (Finger Millet)
