High BP Signs: The problem of high blood pressure is increasing rapidly among people these days. Nowadays youth are also struggling with this problem. When there is constant pressure in the blood flowing in the arteries of our body, then this condition is called high blood pressure. Normally blood pressure should remain less than 120/80 mm Hg. But when OR reaches 120 to 129/80 then it is considered high. If BP reading is 130-139/80-89, then it is called stage 1 hypertension. If the reading is 140/90 or more then it is called hypertension stage-2. If BP is noted higher than this then it is considered as hypertensive crisis i.e. emergency condition. In this condition one has to go to the doctor as soon as possible so that medical treatment can be provided.
According to health reports, there are no specific symptoms of blood pressure which can be explained. When it increases too much in someone’s body, some changes take place in the body, which help in predicting the upcoming fatal situation. Therefore, it is called a sign of high BP. If someone is suddenly experiencing severe headache then it could be due to high BP. This can be considered a sign. Those who suffer from headache in the morning, it is also considered to be the cause of high BP. Feeling lightheaded or feeling heavy on the heart while climbing stairs is also considered a sign of high BP. This can be called the cause of hypertension. Apart from this, bleeding from the nose and continuous bleeding can also be a sign of high BP. Don’t ignore such signs.
