Bael fruit-1 ripe
Cold water – 3–4 glasses
Jaggery or sugar – 4–5 teaspoons
Black salt – a pinch
Roasted cumin powder-½ teaspoon

method of making
Break the wood apple fruit and take out its pulp. Add some water to the pulp and mash it well. Now filter it through a sieve so that the seeds and fibers are separated. Add remaining water, jaggery/sugar, black salt and cumin powder to the filtered juice. Mix well and serve chilled.
