Compounds such as sulforaphane and vitamin C in broccoli help reduce oxidative stress in the liver. Sulforaphane also activates enzymes that support liver detoxification, helping neutralize and eliminate toxins.
Broccoli sprout extract has been shown to lower liver enzyme levels in people with fatty liver disease, thereby improving liver function.

Betalain in beet gives it a distinctive red-purple color and helps reduce oxidative stress in the liver, supporting recovery. Eating beet also provides folate and manganese, which boost metabolism and help improve fatty liver conditions.
