The statement issued by Zarine Khan’s team said,"This is to inform that our dear Ms. Parveen Khan, mother of Zarine Khan and Sana Khan, has passed away peacefully on 8th April.
It is noteworthy that Zarine Khan had been continuously sharing updates on her mother’s health on social media for some time. He also appealed to the fans to pray.
In February 2026, he wrote an emotional message on Instagram Story, "Mom is hospitalized again… please keep her in your prayers!"
Just a day before her mother’s death, Zarine Khan had also shared the information about the passing of her pet cat. He wrote on Instagram story,"My child left me this morning and went to his siblings. Rest in peace my child, my Rambo 18.07.2011 – 07.04.2026."
