Materials:

  • Fenugreek leaves
  • Mung bean
  • Oil
  • cumin
  • Garlic cloves
  • carrot
  • paneer
  • Onion
  • Maize
  • Coriander
  • Green chillies
  • black sesame
  • Coriander

Action:

  • To make sevga leaves dhiri first, wash a bowl of sevga leaves. Then drain the water from it.
  • Soak two to three spoons of mugdal in water in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan.
  • Brown cumin seeds, green chillies and garlic cloves in hot oil. Then add fenugreek leaves and steam it for a while.
  • Add mugdal, all the roasted ingredients, salt and ice cubes in a mixer bowl and make a paste. Add ice to the prepared mixture and make a paste.
  • Add the prepared paste to a large bowl and mix well with carrots, grated paneer and corn, coriander and black sesame seeds.
  • Add salt to taste and finely chopped coriander to the prepared mixture and prepare the mixture.
  • Heat a pan and apply oil on it. After that, spread the prepared mixture evenly on the hot pan. After roasting the dhirds well on both sides, remove them.
