The Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board (MPPCB) has officially declared job openings for the position of Assistant Engineer (Environment). The online application window will open on April 10 and will remain accessible until April 20. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility requirements can submit their applications online at the official site, mponline.gov.in.

To be eligible for this recruitment, candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering from a recognized institution. Additionally, a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required. As of January 1, 2026, applicants must be at least 21 years old and not older than 40 years. Age relaxation is available for candidates from reserved categories, specifically for residents of Madhya Pradesh, in accordance with existing regulations.

The selection procedure involves a Computer-Based Test (CBT) as the first step. Candidates who achieve the required cutoff marks will be invited for an interview. A final merit list will be created based on the results. The CBT will account for 80% of the total score, while the interview will contribute 20%.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹56,100 to ₹177,500, aligned with Pay Level 12. For further details, candidates should refer to the official notification.
