There has been a big change in the world of digital payments. Google Pay has introduced a new feature, through which UPI payment can now be made even without a bank account. In this Pocket Money feature under UPI Circle, users can give the facility to their family or friends to make payment from their account. The special thing is that complete control will remain with the primary user. This feature is especially beneficial for children and those who do not have a bank account.
This new feature of Google Pay works under UPI Circle, in which a primary user can add secondary users to his account. These secondary users can be family members, friends or employees. The special thing is that it is not necessary for the secondary user to have his own bank account, still he can make UPI payment. However, payment is made from the primary user's bank account only. The purpose of this feature is to provide easy digital payment facility to the people, especially those who are not completely connected to the banking system.
The most important thing about this feature is that the primary user has complete control. He can decide how much money the secondary user can spend and whether to approve each payment or not. If the primary user gives full permission, then a limit of up to Rs 15,000 is automatically set in a month. This also maintains security and also controls expenses. In this way, this feature becomes an easy way to give pocket money to children or manage the expenses of employees.
To use this feature, first of all the primary user must have a UPI account. After this he can go to his Google Pay app and add a secondary user in UPI Circle. For this, the person's mobile number should be saved in the contact list and Google Pay app should be installed in his phone. During setup, the user has to provide relationship information and some important details. After this, the invite is sent by entering the UPI PIN. Once the setup is complete, the secondary user can easily make payments, but complete control remains with the primary user.
