Dhurandhar Controversy: Both the parts of the film Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar, have garnered a lot of praise among the people. Actually, in the film, Sanjay Dutt has played the character of SP Aslam Chaudhary, who has been said to be inspired by a Pakistani officer. Now his wife Naureen Aslam has made a big demand from Aditya Dhar regarding the role in the film.
Dhurandhar had hit the theaters in December 2025, however, even before the release of the film, discussion about the character of SP Aslam had started in Pakistan. But, now when the sequel part of the film was released, Naureen herself praised Sanjay Dutt. Even the death scene of SP Aslam in the film was correct. But, now she has said that she is not happy with the character shown by her husband in the film, due to which she is now ready to send a legal notice in this matter, in which she has demanded Rs 25 crore from the makers.
While talking to Bhaskar English, Naureen said, our permission was not taken, when the teaser came, we came to know that such a film is being made. Before the release of the film, he had already given the copyright money to the Pakistani artist for the song 'Hawa-Hawa'. He paid Rs 46 lakh for a small song for Chaudhary Aslam's entry. Now I have decided that in this matter I will send a notice to Aditya Dhar through an international lawyer. I am going to demand Rs 25 crore from him in Pakistani currency. Some things have been shown wrongly in the story.
Naureen Chaudhary also said in the conversation that the film has earned hundreds of crores at the box office, so the amount of Rs 25 crore is not much for the makers. He alleges that some incidents have been depicted wrongly in the story, which may affect the image of his family. However, he also praised Sanjay Dutt's acting in the film and said that he has played the character well to a great extent, but he has objections to some parts of the story.
