The candidates applying to become consultants will be examined by a committee of senior officers. This committee will review the applications from time to time and will call the candidates for interaction as per the need. The special thing is that the final decision of selection or rejection will be completely in the hands of the committee and it will not be necessary to give any reason for it.
There are three types of posts in this recruitment, in which candidates will be selected on the basis of experience and age. To become a Senior Consultant, it is necessary to have at least 10 years of experience and the maximum age has been fixed at 45 years. There are total 5 posts in this category. At the same time, for the post of Consultant, 6 years of experience and maximum age has been kept at 40 years, in which there are 5 vacancies. Apart from this, to apply as a Young Professional, one should have 4 years of experience and maximum age should be 32 years, and there are maximum 10 posts in this category.
The biggest feature of this job is its excellent salary. Senior consultants can get up to Rs 1.80 lakh per month for full-time work. If someone works part-time, then the salary has been fixed at Rs 90,000 for 12 days and Rs 45,000 for 6 days. Similarly, in the consultant category, full-time salary will be Rs 1.20 lakh, Rs 60,000 for 12 days and Rs 30,000 for 6 days. Whereas young professionals will get Rs 90,000 for full-time, Rs 45,000 for 12 days and Rs 22,500 for 6 days.
The thing to note is that apart from the salary, no additional allowance or facility will be given in this job. That means facilities like dearness allowance, house, car, medical or CGHS will not be available. Even things like laptop, phone or internet will have to be managed yourself. The Commission will provide only the necessary basic facilities related to work.
