Several explosions were reported on Imam Khomeini Street in Tehran, with local media suggesting that the blasts took place near a Basij checkpoint in District 10, close to Jeyhoun. As per the state-affiliated Fars News Agency, two improvised explosive devices utilizing liquefied gas detonated in the vicinity.
At least three individuals suffered minor injuries, and fortunately, there were no reported fatalities. Initial reports suggest that the explosions were not entirely effective, yet they caused damage by shattering windows in three nearby residences and affecting two vehicles. Security personnel are believed to have deactivated at least one of the devices and are actively securing the area due to concerns about the potential presence of additional unexploded ordnance. Authorities are currently evaluating the situation as investigations continue.
