Materials:

  • Sattu flour
  • cold water
  • Lemon juice
  • Black salt
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Coriander
  • Mint leaves

Action:

  • To make sattu syrup first, take sattu flour in a large bowl. Then mix cold water in it. There should be no lumps in the batter.
  • Then add water as required and mix well.
  • Add finely chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, black salt to the prepared mixture and mix well.
  • Finally add lemon juice and roasted cumin powder and mix the flour well.
  • Pour the prepared syrup into a glass and add mint leaves to it and serve to drink.
