The future of Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash's popular reality programme has been confirmed amid speculation surrounding their marriage.

The Loose Women panellist, 36, has been wed to former EastEnders actor Joe, 44, since 2022. Concerns amongst fans began to mount over the state of their relationship when she was photographed without her wedding ring.

Stacey swiftly quashed the rumours on ITV's This Morning, before it subsequently came to light that their ceremony at their family home, Pickle Cottage, had not been legally binding - something the couple insisted they simply hadn't got around to rectifying in the four years since.

Stacey and her husband first fronted Stacey and Joe in 2025 for the BBC. Across two series, cameras captured the pair as they navigated the highs and lows of family life alongside their demanding careers.

Now, it has been revealed that the duo have committed to a third series of the show. The forthcoming series will chronicle their "busiest chapter yet" and follow Joe as he constructs a fishing lake at the family home, reports the Daily Star.

In a joint statement, the couple said: "If you watched the first series, you'll know we've been talking about the lakes for ages... it feels a bit surreal to finally see it coming to life.

"With the juggle of family life thrown in, we're learning as we go, so we'll be just as surprised as everyone else to see how it all unfolds!

"A huge thank you to everyone who has watched Stacey and Joe so far. We're so grateful and can't wait for you to see this next series."

Stacey and Joe are parents to Rex, six, Rose, four, and three year old Belle. Stacey has Zachary, 18, and Leighton, 13, from previous relationships, and Joe has Harry, 18, with his ex-partner Emma Sophocleous.

Referencing their hectic family life as justification for not obtaining a legal marriage, a source told The Sun: "They always intended to do the legal part, but with six kids and busy diaries just haven't got round to it - life has got in the way."

Stacey addressed the issue on social media. She informed followers on Instagram: "Everyone knows that we didn't get a legal marriage certificate. When we got married here [at home].

"I said to everyone when we were having our ceremony, we had a religious ceremony in our garden, because you can't legally get married in your own garden without making it a public space.

"And the whole reason for us wanting to have a private ceremony here in our house is so that the press were legally not allowed to stalk us, take pictures, release things and be there.

"And I publicly said that. I said we're not getting legally married here. This is a religious blessing and ceremony for our family and friends to celebrate our love together. And we will get legally married at a later point."
