New Delhi | Copper futures rose by Rs 15.55 to Rs 1,302 per kg on Wednesday due to higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for May delivery grew by Rs 15.55, or 1.21 per cent, to Rs 1,302 per kilogram in a business turnover of 1,800 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.
