No FIR will be registered against Congress MP Rahul Gandhi in the dual citizenship case. Yesterday, Allahabad High Court had ordered registration of FIR against him, which it has stayed. The High Court accepted that FIR cannot be ordered without issuing notice to Rahul Gandhi.
