You put a big piece of alum in the cooler tank. Actually, alum contains cleansing agents which clean the water. When the water becomes clear, cold air starts coming from your cooler. In fact, if there is dirt in the water then the air in the cooler feels humid. Dirty water also blocks the pads of the cooler i.e. grass and this makes the air feel hotter.
