Chief Minister Gupta said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has absolutely rightly said that this Congress party is All India Anti-Reform Congress. Whenever any reform has come in the country, they have opposed it. Rekha Gupta alleged that the opposition claims to be the biggest well-wisher of Muslim women. But when the triple talaq law came, why did he oppose it? And when the court had given its verdict in the Shah Bano case, why did Congress overturn that decision by making a law?
