Friends, in today’s modern era, WhatsApp is the most popular app of instant messaging, which has more than 4 billion users all over the world, offers many features for its users, one such feature is coming soon, which will automatically organize business messages in a separate section – this will help users get rid of unnecessary messages and they will be able to focus on important conversations, let’s know about this feature-

How will the new business chat feature work?

This feature has been seen in Android beta version (2.26.15.9) and is still under work. Once started:

Business messages will automatically be moved to a separate section after 24 hours.

Users have complete control over this—they can keep certain business chats in their main inbox if they want.

This feature will mainly work on promotional messages, offers and updates sent by businesses.

This will maintain flexibility and unnecessary messages will remain out of the primary chat list.

What will the new section look like

The new Business Chats section is expected to work similarly to the “Archived Chats” folder:

Chats will be neatly organized in one specific place.

There will be no need to manually delete or sort promotional messages.

WhatsApp will automatically separate them after a specified time.

The purpose of this design is to make chat management easier without interrupting the ongoing conversation.

Main benefits for users

A clean, clutter-free main inbox

Easy access to personal and important chats

Less distraction from promotional content

Overall better chat organization

This will be especially beneficial for those users who frequently receive marketing messages.

When will it be available?

This feature is currently being tested and is expected to be released to beta users first. If it is successful, it will gradually become available to all WhatsApp users in future updates.
