The incident took place shortly after PM Modi addressed a public rally in Jhargram. He was about to board a helicopter when he suddenly stopped at a roadside shop. This video has been shared from PM Modi's official Instagram and Facebook account. This video went viral on Instagram and got 100 million (10 crore) views within 24 hours, while on the other hand, the video posted on Facebook got 91 million (about 9.1 crore) views.

The shop where Prime Minister Narendra Modi stopped is that of Vikram Sah, a resident of Gaya district of Bihar, who has been running Jhalmuri shop in Jhargram for the last 12 years. Talking about Jhalmuri, it is a popular Bengali street food made from puffed rice, green chillies and other spices.
