Job Alert 2026: There is good news for young aspirants preparing for jobs in Andhra Pradesh. The Andhra Pradesh Medical Services Recruitment Board has released a new recruitment notification for the year 2026, announcing vacancies for a total of 26 posts. These positions include roles such as Nodal Officer, System Administrator, Data Analyst, and Program Assistant. The application process has been made entirely online, allowing eligible candidates from across the country to apply with ease.

**Application Deadline**

The online application process commenced on April 14. Interested candidates may submit their applications until April 29. To apply, candidates must visit the Board's official website and fill out the application form.

Out of the total 26 vacancies, 7 posts have been designated for Nodal Officers, 1 for System Administrator, 11 for Data Analysts, and 7 for Program Assistants.

**Eligibility Criteria**

The educational qualifications required for these positions vary depending on the specific role. For the post of Nodal Officer, an MBBS degree along with a postgraduate degree is mandatory; whereas for System Administrator and Program Assistant roles, candidates must hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) or a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree. Furthermore, for the position of Data Analyst, a postgraduate degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or Biostatistics is required.

The minimum age limit for candidates has been set at 18 years, and the maximum age limit at 42 years. This age eligibility will be calculated as of July 1, 2025; however, candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted age relaxation in accordance with applicable rules.

The application fee is set at ₹1,500 for candidates belonging to the General category, while a fee of ₹1,000 has been prescribed for candidates belonging to SC, ST, BC, EWS, and Differently-abled categories.

The selection of candidates will be based entirely on merit. The evaluation criteria allocate 75% of the total marks based on academic qualifications, 10 marks for general work experience, and 15 marks for experience gained through contractual service. Thus, a merit list of candidates will be prepared based on a total score of 100 marks.

In terms of remuneration, a Nodal Officer will receive a monthly salary of up to ₹70,000, while a System Administrator and a Data Analyst will be paid ₹50,000 per month. Meanwhile, a monthly salary of ₹30,000 has been fixed for the post of Program Assistant. This recruitment will be conducted on a contractual basis.
