The results of West Bengal Higher Secondary i.e. Class 12th Examination 2006 are going to be declared on 14th May 2026. West Bengal Higher Secondary Education Council has issued a notice. Exam date has been confirmed. The results will be released on this day at 10:00 am through a press conference at Vidyasagar Bhawan located in Salt Lake, Kolkata.

The examination was conducted between February 12 and February 27. All the students who participated in it can visit the official website. You can check your result after 11:00 am. Students are advised to keep visiting the official website of the Council regularly for updates.

Student’s name, roll number, total marks, marks obtained, subject wise score, pass percentage, pass or fail status and other information will be available in the PDF of the mark sheet. You will need to enter login credentials to download it.

1. First of all go to the official website.
2. Click on the “Result” tab in the homepage student section.
3. The result portal will open. Enter Roll Number and Registration Number and click on Submit button.
4. The result will appear on the screen. Check subject wise marks. Then download it.
5. Candidates can also take a print out of it and keep it for future reference.

How was the result last year?

Last year, 90.79% students passed the class 12th exam. The passing percentage of boys was 93%. Whereas the passing percentage of girls was 88.88%. Let us tell you that this year 9.71 lakh students had appeared in the Higher Secondary Examination. The examination was conducted at 2683 centers across the state. The number of girl students was 54,460. Whereas the number of boys was 4,26,733. The result is going to be declared within 85 days. The result of Secondary i.e. 10th examination is going to be declared on 8th May 2026, which the students will know about. Will be able to check by going there.
