New Delhi: India's partnership with Africa sends a message of stability and reliability in a turbulent world and is not just about economic growth, but about meaningful transformation, external affairs minister S Jaishankar said on Thursday.

Speaking at the launch of the logo, theme and website for the fourth India-Africa Forum Summit (IAFS-IV) in New Delhi, scheduled to take place on May 31, he said the partnership gains particular significance as the world navigates complex geo-political and geo-economic challenges.

"Our partnership seeks not just economic growth, but meaningful transformation. It is about empowering people, strengthening institutions and creating opportunities," he said, adding that India and Africa are now exploring new frontiers in digital technology.
