Drink water: Keep drinking water at regular intervals throughout the day. It is not enough to drink water only when thirsty.

Also have drinks like coconut water, lemon water, and buttermilk. This will maintain the balance of electrolytes.

Avoid sunlight: Avoid going out from 11 am to 3 pm. At this time the effect of heat wave and UV rays is greater.

Take care of sleep: Lack of sleep in summer is also a major cause of fatigue. Keep the sleeping area cool and wear light cotton clothes.

Eat light food: The body has to work harder to digest fried and heavy food, which increases fatigue. Include seasonal fruits, salad and curd in your diet.
