I'm A Celebrity... South Africa star Adam Thomas has been dealt a crushing blow just hours before the live final. The much-anticipated spin-off reaches its conclusion tonight (Friday, April 24), with Adam, Mo Farah, Craig Charles and Harry Redknapp going head-to-head to be crowned the ultimate I'm A Celeb legend.
Scarlett Moffatt narrowly missed out on a place in the final four, becoming the last contestant to be eliminated in South Africa following a trial on Thursday (April 23). Although the main series was pre-recorded in September 2025, tonight's final will air live from London, giving viewers at home the chance to vote for their favourite to take the crown.
Now, with just hours to go before the final gets underway, it appears that Adam - previously considered the frontrunner - has slipped behind in the betting odds, reports Wales Online.
According to the latest figures from BOYLE Sports, Harry looks set to enter tonight's final as the man to beat, with odds of 4/9. This follows his commanding presence in the camp as leader of the Lions. Many viewers have favoured the 2018 King of the Jungle throughout the series, with Harry opening the show at 3/1 to reclaim his crown.
Adam remains hot on his heels at 7/4, a remarkable shift having opened at 10/1 when markets first launched.
Mo sits next in the running at 10/1, having established himself as one of the camp's most consistent and well-liked figures. Coronation Street icon Craig, meanwhile, is now a 33/1 outsider to clinch tonight's vote, despite opening at 6/1 when the series kicked off.
Adam has proven to be a firm favourite amongst ITV viewers throughout the series, particularly after forging strong friendships with Gemma Collins, Beverley Callard and Seann Walsh in Savannah Scrub. The Waterloo Road and Emmerdale star was quickly thrust into the spotlight amid a "bullying" row involving David Haye.
That was not the only controversy, as Adam also found himself embroiled in a fiery clash with Jimmy Bullard during a trial earlier this week. Viewers were left divided when the pair came to blows after Jimmy opted to quit the Rancid Run trial, resulting in both him and his partner Adam being eliminated.
Adam was seen shouting at Jimmy, before subsequently breaking down in tears when his fellow campmates voted to allow him to stay in camp. A number of Adam's co-stars have since spoken publicly about the confrontation, with many claiming that the full footage was never aired. ITV had previously released a statement maintaining that they broadcast an accurate representation of the confrontation between Adam and Jimmy.
After weeks of dramatic twists and unexpected turns, it is certainly shaping up to be a thrilling live final - but who will take the crown? We'll have to wait and see.
