Materials:
Papadi – 12 to 15
Avocado – 1 (ripe, mashed)
Boiled potatoes – 1 cup (chopped)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Curd – 1 cup (beaten)
Green Chutney – 2 tbsp
Tamarind sweet chutney – 2 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Red Chilli – ½ tsp
Salt – as per taste
Shave – ½ cup
Coriander – for garnish

Action:
First take the mashed avocado in a bowl and mix it lightly with some salt and chaat masala.
Now arrange the papadi in a serving plate.
Put some potato slices on each papadi.
Spread the prepared avocado mixture over it little by little.
Now add chopped onion and tomato to it.
Pour the whipped curd on top, then add green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.
Finally add chaat masala, red chillies and shev bhurbhura.
Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
