NU Vacancy 2026: Nalanda University has released an official notification for recruitment to non-teaching positions. A total of 9 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive. Who Can Apply?
For the position of Manager (IT), candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, CS, or IT. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations, networking, and data security is mandatory.

The same educational qualifications are required for the position of Assistant Manager (IT); however, the experience requirement is slightly lower. For this role, candidates must have 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

For the position of Manager (Guest House), candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Tourism with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks. Furthermore, 5 years of experience in guest house operations—such as front desk management, housekeeping, and maintenance—is required.
For the position of Junior Engineer (Mechanical), candidates must possess a degree or a First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. If the candidate holds a diploma, 5 years of experience is required; if they hold a degree, 3 years of experience is mandatory.

For the position of Assistant (Finance), candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Commerce with a minimum of 60% marks, along with 3 years of experience in accounting, Tally, GST, and TDS. Meanwhile, for the position of Assistant (Administration), candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from any recognized university and possess 3 years of experience in official noting and drafting, computer operations, and filing.

How Will Selection Be Conducted?
The selection process will consist of three stages. In the first stage, candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience. Subsequently, the shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview, which may be conducted either online or offline. Candidates will be notified regarding the details of the interview via email. Finally, document verification will take place, during which selected candidates will be required to present their original certificates.
